At GearSmart, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read carefully before ordering.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Damaged items during shipping

  • Wrong item received

  • Defective or non-working products

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind

  • Items used, altered, or missing original packaging

Refund Process:

  1. Contact support@gearsmart.shop within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide order number, photos, and description of the issue

  3. We will coordinate with the supplier via DSers

  4. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Partial Refunds:

  • May be issued for minor damage or missing accessories

Shipping Costs:

  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable

  • If refund is due to our error, we cover return shipping where applicable
